Discounted Commercial DIY Packages and Commercial Trainings For Non-Profits and NGOs
We have been giving our Do-It-Myself Commercial Aquaponics Training package to accredited NGOs, churches, and bonafide non-profit groups for two years now, first for $50, then for a long time for $100. We have had SO many requests from non-profits for this “free” package that we’ve been spending up to a day and a half per week just answering emails, corresponding with people, and printing and mailing the manuals. We’re not getting to spend that time on the farm, and we’re ALREADY not spending enough time with our family. So, we’ve had to increase our price to $250 to cover our time answering emails and posting the packages. This is STILL a $750 discount over the package’s normal price, for state-of-the-art aquaponics technology that NO ONE else is offering anywhere.
If you feel your organization qualifies as a discounted receiver of our DIY Commercial package for your work, then please read the following “How-To” instructions carefully and follow them to the letter.
“How To”: Mail us proof of accreditation of Non-Governmental Organization status, non-profit status, or church status, along with a letter from your Board of Directors with your name in it and some phone numbers we can call to verify, as well as a check (with the organization’s name on it) paying for the $250 discounted price; to Friendly Aquaponics, Inc., at PO Box 1196, Honokaa, Hawaii, 96727. We will immediately mail off your DIY Commercial Package.
Also, if you wish to participate in our Aquaponics Technology Training we will only charge $245 for the first person at the course (this is a 50% discount from the regular rate of $495). You need to supply airfare, accommodations, and all other needs for your participant. This is normally a $495 course. If you wish to participate in an Aquaponics Solar Greenhouse Training, we will only charge $495, a 50% discount from the regular rate of $995. For an Aquaponics Commercial Training we will only charge $495 for the first person at the course (also a 50% discount from the regular rate of $995). If you want to add a second person to either or both of these courses, the cost for that person is half the first person cost. The same conditions to prove you are non-profit apply as in the previous paragraph.
If you are a non-profit and wish to register for the Aquaponics Technology. Aquaponic Solar Greenhouse, and/or Commercial Trainings, DO NOT use the regular training page, as it is NOT set up for non-profits to register there. To register, simply mail us proof of accreditation of Non-Governmental Organization status, non-profit status letter from the IRS, or church status, along with a letter from your Board of Directors with your name in it and some phone numbers we can call to verify; then add up the discounted costs for your participants explained on this page and cut a check for that amount (with the organization’s name on it) paying for your participant(s) at the discounted price; to Friendly Aquaponics, Inc., at PO Box 1196, Honokaa, Hawaii, 96727.
Please Note: After having difficulties with our trainings being filled halfway or more with participants from non-profits, and after paying for the training rather than the training paying us for our time away from the farm, we’ve had to increase our fees for non-profits and limit our enrollments from non-profits to a maximum of TEN persons for each training. Also, after doing trainings with as many as 82 persons in them, we now limit our trainings to 60 total persons in the room to ensure a quality training for all participants. This means sign up early if you wish to ensure yourself a space.
