We know our systems inside and out, and they are bulletproof if run properly As a result, even when faced with a brand-new support question we’ve never heard before, we usually solve it within a couple of emails.
Because there are SO many ways to do aquaponics wrong, and people are inventing more all the time (people are funny that way, right?) we can’t possibly support other people’s system designs. This isn’t because we’re not flexible; while we were developing our systems, we tried EVERYTHING under the sun, and scientifically documented the results. In fact, our manuals include a TON of information about all the things that don’t work, as well as complete details on those that DO.
